Vincent Bal
Vincent Bal is a Dutch filmmaker. He makes films, draws, and creates shadow doodles. His films – for instance Minoes (2001) and Brabançonne (2014) – are a perfect combination of humor and emotion. With the international animated series Kika & Bob (2008), Vincent came closer to fulfilling his childhood dream of becoming a cartoonist. His latest short, Sea Shadow (2021), combines fantasy, drawings, live action, nostalgia, humor, and originality.
