The 112 emergency call center receives numerous phone calls every day. Operators must deal with these various outside situations as well as with situations within the office, all while setting boundaries and dealing with their own emotions.

Ming-Wei Chiang

Ming-wei Chiang is a Poland-based Taiwanese filmmaker born in Taipei. After studying Fine Art and Design and before entering the Polish National Film School in Łódź, Poland, he turned to fiction and documentary filmmaking, directing several self-produced short films and participating in the art department for director Tsai Ming-liang’s feature-length film Stray Dogs (2013). His short films have been shown at film festivals in Poland and abroad. He obtained his MA degree in directing in 2022.
