Emma Westenberg
Emma Westenberg is a Dutch director born in Berkeley, California and based in Los Angeles. She studied at the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in Amsterdam and the Cooper Union School of Art in NYC. Emma’s work can be described as a mix of classic visual tropes with influences from fashion and fine art, subtly integrated to create her unique, distinctly pop aesthetic. Her feature directing debut, You Sing Loud, I Sing Louder (2022), starring Ewan McGregor and his daughter Clara, screened at KVIFF.
