Sam Manacsa
Sam Manacsa has worked as art director on award-winning films such as Carlo Francisco Manatad’s Whether the Weather Is Fine (2021 Locarno Junior Jury Award). Her short film If People Such as We Cease to Exist (2016) was shown in competition at Clermont-Ferrand. She is a 2019 alumna of the Asian Film Academy. Her short film Cross My Heart and Hope to Die (2023) premiered in the Orizzonti 2023 short competition at the Venice International Film Festival.
