Rafael Manuel
Rafael Manuel is a Filipino filmmaker currently based between London and Amsterdam. Rafael’s foundations are in philosophy and visual communications, which he studied at Ateneo de Manila University. His latest short film, Filipiñana (2020), has won many prizes all over the world including the Silver Bear Jury Prize at the 70th Berlin International Film Festival. Rafael is developing his debut feature film project at the Cannes Cinéfondation Residence.
