Magda
Magda is a short drama that tells the story of a girl (23) who is trapped in a relationship with an aggressive boyfriend Pavel (25). After one tense situation, Magda meets the uncertain Viktor (35), who shares his deviant sexual fantasies with her. After a long and convoluted night, the coming of morning reveals the essence of Magda’s relationship.

Insar Shaken
Insar Shaken was attending the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague when he decided to switch to the Department of Screenwriting and Dramaturgy at FAMU. There, he collaborated on short exercises as a screenwriter and script editor. Magda (2020) is his first outing as director.
