Bananocalypse is Jindřich Vrága's first film project. The entire film, including script, preparatory work, shooting, and post-production, was made in just 48 hours as part of the 48 Hour Film Project Brno competition, in which the filmmakers were randomly assigned the following: a genre (horror), character (journalist Petr Zoncna), prop (banana), and sentence (Criticism is not negation). Jindřich is currently working on the horror series Dawn.
